- Duration: 5 weeks (daily instruction)
- Fee: KES 35,000
- Modules: Brewing, cupping, milk texturing, café workflow, customer experience, and business skills.
Graduates earn a Kenya Coffee School Certification and a digital badge, recognized locally and internationally through GOOD Trade Certification (G4T).
