Specialty Coffee Football Talent Club (SCFTC) is a grassroots, community-centered football development initiative founded to identify, nurture, and empower young football talent while creating sustainable social impact.

SCFTC believes that football is more than a game—it is a platform for education, leadership, discipline, entrepreneurship, and community transformation.

The club seeks to discover talented boys and girls from villages, informal settlements, schools, and communities, providing them with opportunities to develop their sporting abilities alongside life skills, academic support, and character development.

Inspired by successful community-based football development models around the world, SCFTC integrates sport with social impact by ensuring that all income generated through the club supports educational opportunities and welfare programs for needy children. Similar football development organizations globally have successfully used sport as a tool for youth empowerment and social transformation.
